Job Summary: A professional responsible for safely and respectfully transporting patients, assisting with mobility and procedures, sanitizing equipment, and collaborating with the healthcare team. S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to work as a **STRETCHER BEARER**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transport patients between departments within the facility using stretchers or wheelchairs, according to patient clinical condition and necessity; * Assist patients with reduced mobility during movement, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety throughout transit; * Assist in transferring patients to ambulances for referral or regulation to other healthcare facilities; * Sanitize and organize stretchers, wheelchairs, and other transportation equipment, ensuring availability and proper operational conditions; * Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals in positioning patients for examinations and procedures; * Monitor and promptly report to the healthcare team any changes in the patient’s general condition during transport; * Act with responsibility, ethics, and respect for humanization principles—particularly in urgent and emergency situations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months’ proven experience in this role under CLT employment terms. **Additional Information** * **Salary:** R$ 1.621,00 + 324.60 (Hazard Pay) * **Workload:** 180 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, certified as a Social Organization in multiple states and municipalities across Brazil, providing services in both public and private sectors, with a mission to serve society through humanized care in health, education, and social assistance. **Mission:** To serve society with humanized care in health, education, and social assistance. **Purpose:** To build, develop, and care with humanization. **Vision:** To be a national benchmark institution delivering humanized services in health, education, and social assistance.
