Ensure compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards Procure medical-hospital supplies, ensuring the store is stocked with high-quality items, optimal cost-effectiveness, appropriate delivery timelines, and compliance with required standards and regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of medical-hospital supplies, disposable items, equipment, and consumables; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; * Analyze prices, delivery timelines, quality, and commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines; * Monitor minimum stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; * Evaluate suppliers based on delivery timelines, quality, and cost; * Verify invoices and received goods; * Monitor market trends and new products; * Ensure compliance with sanitary and regulatory standards (e.g., ANVISA, where applicable); * Collaborate closely with sales, inventory, and finance departments. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience as a purchaser in the medical-hospital sector is a plus; * Knowledge of negotiation and inventory control is desirable; * Basic understanding of invoices and taxation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills.
