




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, opening and closing outpatient/surgical/emergency accounts, requesting authorizations, and providing administrative support across various service areas. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone assistance to patients and companions 2. Complete management of outpatient, surgical, and emergency care processes 3. Administrative support and queue number monitoring across service desks Availability required for 2-on/2-off shift schedule, on-call shifts, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. In-person and telephone assistance 2. Opening outpatient, surgical, and emergency service records 3. Receiving outpatient, surgical, and emergency service forms and fees 4. Processing and closing received accounts 5. Requesting authorizations from health insurance providers (via website/email/telephone/WhatsApp) 6. Completing the Interaction Spreadsheet 7. Covering staff absences according to break schedules 8. Monitoring queue numbers and flow across all service desks to provide assistance 9. Verifying and correcting errors, and submitting MOVDOC when necessary 10. Creating service orders (OS) for maintenance, Information Technology, and Hygiene 11. Contacting Nursing via radio whenever patient reception is required 12. Providing cost estimates upon request 13. Requesting lenses when necessary 14.
