Focus on customer retention We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to perform facial and body treatments, with a focus on delivering results and providing excellent customer service. * Perform body massages: Modeling, Lymphatic Drainage, Relaxing, and Therapeutic. * Carry out facial procedures: Deep skin cleansing, peels, and anti-aging protocols. * Operate aesthetic technologies (Radiofrequency devices, Ultrasound, Cryofrequency, among others). * Conduct technical assessments and recommend customized protocols. * Maintain organization and sanitation of the treatment room in compliance with ANVISA regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical qualification in Esthetics, Bachelor’s degree in Esthetics and Cosmetics or Massage Therapy, or Dermatofunctional Physical Therapy. * **Proven experience** in manual massage and facial procedures. * Technical proficiency in advanced aesthetic equipment. * Communicative, punctual personality with a focus on customer retention. * Availability to work hours: To be agreed upon * MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) hiring * Remuneration per service performed * Cost-of-living allowance * Modern and welcoming work environment. * Continuous training in new technologies and protocols.
