Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising the food and beverage area, overseeing dining room organization, guest service, dish quality, and inventory control. Inventory Control and Equipment Maintenance * Supervision of the food and beverage area; * Monitoring of dining room organization, waitstaff service, as well as food preparation time and dish quality; * Control of product inventory; * Inspection of equipment requiring maintenance. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Overseeing buffet service; * Verifying dining room setup, including table arrangement and organization; * Checking meal quantities and ensuring sufficient staff to meet demand; * Conducting daily checklists with head waiters (maitres); * Performing operational rounds to monitor work progress and performance; * Coordinating daily material requisitions for food and beverage consumables with maitres; * Verifying expiration date control procedures; * Weekly monitoring of employees’ banked hours; * Monthly scheduling of employee days off. * Conducting inventory counts and pre-inventory checks; * Issuing requisitions in the system; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Specialization in the field; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** Strong communication skills; People-oriented; Passionate about your work; **You can do it!
