




Job Summary: The Cumim Apprentice greets customers, organizes reservations, prepares and serves beverages, sets up and cleans the dining area, assists in order pickup, and works proactively and collaboratively under supervision. Create, prepare, and serve beverages; manage beverage inventory; maintain bar cleanliness and organization. Set up the dining area for service, clear tables, and clean the premises. Assist in picking up orders from the kitchen, bar, and pantry to the service area. Record orders and guide customer selections. Apply proper techniques for serving food and beverages. The apprentice must communicate clearly and assertively, perform duties proactively, support teamwork and service quality, respond dynamically and responsibly to professional challenges, and carry out tasks under the supervision of a specialist.
