Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our dining room team, providing support in customer service. The Cumim will assist with food and beverage service, environment organization and cleaning, as well as table, trolley, and station setup and breakdown. The role requires consistent adherence to hygiene, organization, and customer service excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waiters during service, promptly responding to their requests; * Serve meals and beverages to customers as instructed; * Collect waste and used utensils from tables within their assigned station; * Support table setup, alignment, and organization; * Clean and organize dining room utensils and equipment; * Collect utensils from tables after customer service; * Provide support for Room Service activities when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer-facing roles; * Restaurant or similar establishment experience preferred; * Flexible availability. **Benefits Offered:** * Medical assistance (50% covered by the company, with co-payment); * Dental plan (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Work Schedule:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, on a 6x1 rotating shift. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1,621.00 per month; * Variable commission: average between R$ 700.00 and R$ 900.00 per month; * Additional earnings possible based on performance.
