We seek a Customer Service Representative focused on excellence in customer service, attention to detail, and team spirit. Main Responsibilities - Greet all customers courteously, warmly, and efficiently. - Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the service area. - Perform cash register opening and closing procedures. - Daily check of equipment and systems (computer, card machine, TV, applications, etc.). - Operate delivery platforms such as iFood and others, handling a high volume of orders. - Verify and organize orders before dispatch for delivery. - Receive goods from suppliers and inspect products. - Update internal logs and operational group records. - Support general restaurant routines, contributing to smooth operations. Requirements - Completed high school education. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency with technology, email, and systems. - Agility in organizing the store, deliveries, and order verification. - Good rapport with production staff and delivery personnel. - Enjoy working with people and in teams.
