Collaborate with business stakeholders on migration rules **Role Overview** We are seeking a **Senior Data Migration Expert** to support a strategic **CRM migration to Salesforce**, consolidating data from **two legacy CRM systems and SAP**. The role is responsible for defining and leading the **end\-to\-end data migration approach**, ensuring high data quality and strong alignment between **technical execution and business requirements**. **Key Responsibilities** * Define the **data migration strategy, plan, and methodology** for Salesforce. * Lead migration activities from **legacy CRMs and SAP** into Salesforce. * Design source\-to\-target mappings, transformation rules, and data quality controls. * Work closely with **business stakeholders** to define migration rules, validation criteria, and sign\-off. * Oversee data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities. * Support trial migrations, UAT, and go\-live readiness from a data perspective. * Establish governance, documentation, and migration best practices. **Required Experience \& Skills** * **8\+ years** of experience in data migration or data conversion roles. * Proven experience leading **Salesforce CRM data migrations**. * Experience migrating data from **multiple legacy systems**, including **SAP**. * Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data quality, and CRM data models. * Ability to translate **business requirements into technical migration solutions**. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **Nice to Have** * Experience on projects in **Brazil / Latin America**. * Knowledge of **LGPD** or data privacy regulations. * Salesforce certifications or experience with ETL/middleware tools. **Engagement** * Reports to the **CRM Migration Project Manager** * Works closely with **business, Salesforce, and SAP teams** **Period:** 3 month full position and then another 2\-3 month 50% position till the cutover Tipo de vaga: Temporário, Autônomo / PJ, Intermitente (freelance) Duração do contrato: 6 meses Pagamento: R$15\.000,00 \- R$30\.000,00 por mês
