The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, implementing marketing automation strategies that deliver value to our clients. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and optimize campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Implement marketing automation strategies and customer journeys * Create and manage automations using Automation Studio * Work with data segmentation and activation in Data Cloud/CDP * Conduct market research and strategic analysis * Ensure seamless customer interaction through the platform * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve engagement * Support system integration and business process optimization * Monitor campaign performance and generate insights **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud * Experience or strong interest in marketing automation * Familiarity with Automation Studio and Data Cloud/CDP * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively and independently * Intermediate English for reading technical documentation **Preferred Qualifications:** * Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant) * Knowledge of SQL and AMPscript * Experience with system integration (APIs, connectors) * Knowledge of Journey Builder and Customer Data Platform * Prior experience in business process automation * Knowledge of marketing data analysis and metrics **Benefits:** * 100% remote work model * Working on challenging projects with national and international clients * Collaborative environment with experienced professionals **Employment Type:** Permanent/CLT **Contract Terms:** To be negotiated **Work Model:** Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.893,88 – R$13.993,67 per month
