Ensure alignment among business objectives, technology, data, marketing, and user experience; serve as the organization’s product authority; and guarantee that delivered solutions generate measurable value, performance, and competitive advantage in the i-Gaming, digital marketing, and affiliate markets. Responsibilities Define, evolve, and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital, data, and AI-powered products. Act as the product authority, making prioritization decisions based on business value, technical impact, data, risks, and strategy. Lead discovery processes using Design Thinking practices to identify problems, opportunities, and validate hypotheses. Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements with internal and external stakeholders, balancing timeline, scope, cost, technical risk, and expected return. Translate business needs into clear, objective, and prioritized epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Design, map, and document business processes and product flows, ensuring alignment between technical and non-technical teams. Create and maintain product artifacts (flowcharts, user journeys, mind maps, and analytical visuals) to support decision-making. Engage end-to-end in product conception and evolution—from ideation, modeling, experimentation, and validation through delivery and maintenance. Collaborate closely with technology, data, design, marketing, growth, and operations teams. Lead and actively participate in agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective). **Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs (e.g.:** conversion, retention, LTV, CAC, churn, ROI), leveraging data to guide decisions and prioritization. Plan and conduct A/B tests, product experiments, and data-driven validations to continuously evolve solutions. Work on integration projects across platforms, internal systems, partners, affiliates, and third-party solutions. Ensure product governance—including structured documentation, versioning of decisions, compliance, security, and adherence to company guidelines. Document product vision, business rules, workflows, strategic decisions, and learnings throughout the product lifecycle. Propose and implement continuous improvements to products, processes, and user experience. Serve as a Product Ownership reference, supporting, guiding, and aligning teams and stakeholders.
