About the Position We are looking for a Product Owner to work on the Exchange product, focusing on cryptocurrency buying/selling flows, Smart Baskets, etc. This role is ideal for professionals growing in product management who wish to work on high-scale digital financial products, gaining hands-on experience in trading, user behavior, metrics, UX, and execution within regulated environments. You will collaborate closely with more senior Product Managers, designers, engineers, and business areas, owning clearly defined parts of the product and actively contributing to its evolution. **Key Responsibilities** Product & Execution * Act as Product Owner for specific features and flows within the Exchange product. * Detail requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features related to: * Cryptocurrency buying and selling (simplified experience). * Pro Trading (orders, visualization, basic flows). * Smart Baskets. * Support backlog planning, refinement, and prioritization with the squad. User Experience * Contribute to continuous improvement of the buying, selling, and trading experience—aiming to reduce friction and increase user clarity and confidence. * Collaborate with design to understand user behavior and validate improvement hypotheses. * Ensure consistent experience across mobile app and web. * Monitor product metrics such as conversion, usage, retention, and user feedback. * Support impact analysis of deliveries and learn to make data-driven decisions. * Contribute to testing, experiments, and simple validations. * Work collaboratively with engineering, design, QA, operations, and support teams. * Support alignment with compliance and risk teams, understanding constraints and requirements of financial products. * Communicate status, learnings, and challenges to PMs and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * Prior experience in Digital Product roles, such as Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar. * Genuine interest in financial products, investments, or cryptocurrencies. * Ability to translate problems into clear, well-structured requirements. * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Advanced English proficiency. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Prior experience with exchange, trading, or fintech products. * Basic knowledge of financial markets, investments, or cryptocurrencies. * Familiarity with product metrics and analytics tools. * Education or coursework in Product Management, UX, Engineering, or Finance. * Experience with mobile apps and web products.
