You must have knowledge of discovery and its techniques to achieve results in structuring products aligned with users’ needs. **Responsibilities and duties** **What you need to have:** * Experience working with digital products in areas such as Product Ownership, Product Management, Systems Analysis, or UX Design; * Experience writing user stories; * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban); * Experience working with support teams. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you will do:** * Build and maintain the product backlog based on understanding of the client’s business objectives, users’ needs, and market benchmarking; * Explain your ideas using low-fidelity prototypes (on whiteboard, paper, or Miro); * Refine with the client, evolving the backlog and solution ideas; * Refine with the team, discussing technical solution options and story details with the technical team; * Support the technical team in conducting deeper solution analysis, evaluating the impact of solutions on the existing system; * Occasionally design processes to better understand the client’s workflow and involved integrations; * Participate in and/or facilitate co-creation and design thinking sessions; * Conduct research (desk research, user research, etc.) together with designers; * Assist the client in creating optimal prioritization and experimentation strategies; * Build and use the product roadmap as a communication tool. **Expected attitudes:** * **Proactivity and initiative** — You must be proactive in handling the product, deciding which techniques and tools are best suited, proposing product improvements, and “taking the lead.” * **Flexibility** — You must be flexible enough to refine the backlog with both the client and the team, listening to and incorporating diverse opinions. * **Responsibility and commitment** — You must be committed to the product, concerned with delivering high-quality work, and genuinely motivated to solve the problems presented. * **Organization** — You must be highly organized to effectively manage a backlog :) * **Systemic vision** — You must be able to see the big picture and understand how components interrelate to develop an effective prioritization strategy. **Desired education and engagement:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * CSPO certification is desirable; * Courses or training in Product Ownership, Product Management, User Research, and related topics are desirable; * Knowledge of Systems Analysis is desirable; * Fluent English. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Meal and mobility allowance; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback culture; Maternity/paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub — two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Tenure bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the hiring process:** Employment contract under CLT or PJ model; Remote work; This position is fully remote; however, we seek candidates from the region who can occasionally visit our headquarters for strategic meetings.
