Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Brazil! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work within the Product Operations structure, focusing on developing the best internal products for the organization. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads—including developers, tech leads, and Product Managers—to ensure proposed solutions meet business and internal user needs. * Map and understand internal users’ pain points, aspirations, and goals through direct and ongoing interaction, applying UX Research techniques. * Lead discovery processes using the Double Diamond approach—from initial research and ideation through testing and final delivery. * Prototype solutions using Figma, ensuring application of design systems and componentization principles for interface consistency and scalability. * Monitor internal product performance using metrics to continuously iterate and improve proposed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience working as a Product Designer on digital products. * Knowledge of discovery processes (especially Double Diamond), UX Research, and data-driven methodologies for design decisions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, with ability to justify and advocate for design decisions based on data and best practices. * Experience working in agile teams. * Knowledge of design systems, componentization, information hierarchy, and UX/UI design patterns. * Proven experience using Figma as the primary prototyping tool, plus experience with complementary design software. * Familiarity with motion design and video editing is a plus. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 40.00 per business day.
