This professional will be responsible for establishing standards, ensuring API-Led Connectivity best practices, and supporting squads in making strategic technical decisions. They will play a key role in sustaining, optimizing performance, and evolving the company’s integration ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** Define and evolve corporate integration architecture aligned with IT strategy and industry best practices. Ensure consistent application of the API-Led Connectivity model, promoting reuse, governance, and decoupling. Establish technical standards for security, logging, retry, DLQ, observability, and other cross-cutting policies. Classify integrations (Real-Time, Asynchronous, Batch) based on functional and non-functional requirements. Evaluate and approve API contracts (RAML / OpenAPI), ensuring consistency, versioning, and adherence to guidelines. Support critical technical decisions by providing architectural analysis, guidance, and recommendations to squads. Ensure compliance with NFRs (scalability, availability, latency, resilience). Define and validate baseline volume metrics, guiding teams on sizing and performance practices. Collaborate with Salesforce, SAP, and other corporate platform teams to ensure efficient and secure integrations. Participate in architectural review processes and conduct Design Authority sessions. **Requirements:** Solid experience with MuleSoft Enterprise architecture (Anypoint Platform, Exchange, API Manager, Runtime Manager). Strong expertise in API-Led Connectivity, API design, and integration principles. Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce and SAP (BAPIs, IDocs, OData, Platform Events, etc.). Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, security policies, and API Gateway. Cloud experience (preferably Azure), including connectivity, security, and governance practices. Experience with high-availability solutions, autoscaling, observability, and resilience.
