Organized and professional work environment We are looking for a **Lead Doorman** to work in a **high-standard residential condominium**, who values excellence in customer service, professional conduct, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Experience in vehicle and pedestrian screening, visitor identification, registration of service providers, and protocols for delivery and receipt of goods; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in residential and commercial condominiums is desirable; * Ability to operate electronic security equipment and communication systems; * WORK SCHEDULE: 12 HOURS ON / 36 HOURS OFF, FROM 6:00 AM TO 6:00 PM AND FROM 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Proven leadership experience (Doorman or Security Team Leader); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Must reside near Taboão da Serra; * Professional demeanor, discretion, and courtesy; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability for rotating shifts (day/night). **We Offer:** * Benefits according to the collective bargaining agreement * Organized and professional work environment Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Medical Plan * Dental Plan
