If you identify with these values, enjoy creating solutions that positively impact people's lives, and seek growth opportunities, join our training team! * **Work Model – On-site.** \#Oneatento **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver training – Initial Training, Continuous Training; * Correctly submit access requests and conduct tests – according to each site’s requirements; escalate to relevant departments in case of failures or resets; * Guide employees to complete BVOnline during training – escalate to responsible departments in case of errors, failures, or resets; * Record attendance/absence in the system; * Complete the Logbook/Electronic Attendance List; * Send reports to Operations and other departments, updating information on classroom attendance/absence/grades, etc.; * Conduct post-training follow-up for operators, per client requirements; * Observe/immerse in operations to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Provide feedback and monitor performance in the classroom; * Monitor trainee disengagement in class due to operational issues (TO) or low training performance; * Prepare and issue delivery certificates to trainees; * Open support tickets (infrastructure, etc.) to ensure classroom functionality for trainees; * Update training materials and lesson plans for minor corrections (processes/procedures); * Track delivery results at 30/60/90 days using available tools; * Develop action plans/improvement strategies for delivered classes, to be implemented within 30/60/90 days post-delivery; * Attend meetings with Operations and other departments whenever requested; * Participate in audio sessions, trainings, and calibrations for capacity building and development; * Prepare and participate in Results Presentation meetings; * Ensure continuous personal development through courses, operational immersion, and tool-based learning; * Support administrative activities within the Staff team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * College degree in progress or completed is a plus; * Prior experience as a Training Instructor required; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to handle conflict situations effectively and resolve issues efficiently; * Must have convenient access to work at the Atento Prado Unit (Belo Horizonte). **Additional Information** **Salary** R$ 2\.000,00 **Working Hours** Flexible schedule required **Work Schedule** 220 hours/month | Rotating 6x1 schedule with Sundays off. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance and/or Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Funeral Assistance; * Daycare Assistance / Assistance for Children with Disabilities; * Product Discounts; * Dental Care; * Medical Care; * Discounts at Gyms / Sports Activities; * Educational Partnerships offering course discounts; * Career Development Plan. **Work Location:** Rua Jaceguai, 220 \- Prado, Belo Horizonte \- MG, 30411\-040, Brazil Atento has been a leader in the BPO industry for many years.
