Experience with CRM and management of customer, contract, and project data. ### **About the Role** You will join the **Revenue Assurance** team, focused on ensuring the accuracy of customer, contract, and project data, guaranteeing consistency among CRM, financial systems, and commercial processes across all companies within the AI/R Company group. This role is strategic for revenue sustainability, data governance, and cross-departmental integration, involving direct collaboration with **Commercial, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and BI**. ### **Responsibilities** * Ensure accuracy, standardization, and updating of customer data in the CRM. * Support data cleansing, consolidation, and organization activities (e.g., AI/R, system integrations). * Monitor and correct duplicate and inconsistent records. * Manage the contract lifecycle: validity periods, renewals, terminations, and amendments. * Support Commercial and Finance teams in verifying contractual information. * Ensure contracts and projects are accurately reflected in the CRM and billing databases. * Guarantee proper linkage among opportunities, contracts, and accounts. * Support reconciliation between pipeline data and confirmed revenue. * Provide reliable data for conversion, performance, and revenue predictability analyses. * Implement controls and audit routines over customer, contract, and project databases. * Ensure adherence to defined registration and data maintenance processes. * Facilitate information flow across departments, ensuring system consistency. * Collaborate with Operations and BI teams on continuous process improvement. * Create and maintain projects in the CRM, correctly linking contracts and accounts. * Ensure accurate recording of scope, ratecard, and commercial and financial terms. * Support the PM team in project release, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. **Responsibilities and Qualifications** * Experience with CRM and management of customer, contract, and project data. * Experience in operational routines related to revenue, pipeline, or billing. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. * Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and data quality is desirable.
