Job Summary: Develops and enhances management systems, participates in sprint meetings, and ensures system integrity in production. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on industry best practices and security in solution development Reports to the IT Leader and Director, develops projects and fulfills requests for adjustments and improvements to the Franchise and Franchisor’s management system using best practices. Participates in weekly meetings to define *sprints*, where, in addition to defining activities, responsibilities, and deadlines, project feasibility analyses are conducted with the Director’s participation. Functions and Responsibilities * Performs tasks and updates task status and progress information in the task manager within *sprints*. * Develops requested solutions using industry best practices and security standards. * Conducts testing of functionalities in the development environment prior to production deployment. * Reports technology project progress to the business team, aligning version releases to ensure system integrity in production. * Documents and communicates system-defined functionalities and business rules for user dissemination. * Participates weekly in the *sprint* meeting to report progress on assigned tasks and, together with the team, defines tasks for the next *sprint*. Job SpecificationsEducation and Experience * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related field. * Proven experience in projects using C#. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar role.
