




Job Summary: The Corporate Ombudsman is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and mediating submissions, ensuring ethical, impartial, and confidential treatment to support the continuous improvement of organizational processes. Support and guidance to internal departments regarding handling procedures and workflows The Corporate Ombudsman is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and mediating submissions from employees, former employees, customers, and suppliers, ensuring ethical, impartial, and confidential treatment, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze submissions received through the Ombudsman Channel; * Mediate with responsible departments via the internal system; * Evaluate responses from involved departments and direct processes according to defined criteria; * Close ombudsman cases with submitters, ensuring clarity and quality in feedback; * Collect and consolidate data and indicators related to submissions; * Support and guide internal departments on ombudsman handling procedures and workflows; * Provide service via e-mail; * Conduct in-person interviews at Atento units with submitters, reporters, or witnesses; * Make telephone calls to leadership, when necessary; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Target audience: Assistants and Junior Analysts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to travel between Atento units in São Paulo. **Desirable:** * Experience in Corporate Ombudsman roles; * Knowledge of Back-Office operations; * Knowledge of labor legislation is a plus; **Competencies:** * Active listening, empathy, and ethical conduct; * Clear and assertive verbal and written communication; * Analytical ability and attention to detail; * Organization and sense of priority; * Proactivity and problem-solving skills; * Discretion and confidentiality in handling information; * Interpersonal skills and mediation ability. **Additional Information** **Salary** R$ 2.287,00 **Working Hours** From 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Schedule** 5x2 rotating schedule with weekends off (Saturday/Sunday) **Work Model:** Hybrid – Part-Time Remote Work (2 days remote / 3 days on-site) **Base Work Location:** Rua José de Oliveira Coutinho, 73 – Parque Industrial Tomas Edson, São Paulo – With visits to other Atento units. **Important:** Curriculum data must be up-to-date on Gupy at the time of registration. **Powered by AI.
