Strict compliance with occupational safety regulations Job Mission Ensure the preservation, functionality, and safety of the company’s building facilities through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing operational continuity, risk reduction, and asset preservation. Main Responsibilities 4\.1 Preventive Maintenance * Perform periodic inspection routines on electrical, hydraulic, and structural installations. * Carry out preventive maintenance on doors, gates, locks, windows, roofs, gutters, and floors. * Verify the operation of lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. * Follow the preventive maintenance schedule defined by management. 4\.2 Corrective Maintenance * Perform hydraulic repairs (faucets, valves, traps, leaks). * Perform minor civil repairs (plastering, painting, installation of components, minor structural adjustments). * Respond promptly to internal service requests, prioritizing them according to criticality. 4\.3 Safety and Compliance * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations. * Use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify and report structural or electrical hazards requiring specialized intervention. * Support internal and external audits related to infrastructure. 4\.4 Organization and Control * Record completed services in a spreadsheet or maintenance management system. * Monitor consumption of materials used. * Report requirements for replenishment of materials and tools. * Assist in inventory control of maintenance supplies.
