That’s why, every day, we strive **to find a way so those who achieve much with little can keep achieving more and better, always.** As a **Senior Content Designer**, you will be the authority on the Content System, establishing writing standards and reusable text components to streamline the design team’s workflow. You’ll work directly within squads, collaborating with Product Designers and PMs to ensure content is considered from the earliest prototyping stages (not just at the end), thereby impacting conversion and user trust metrics. **Your responsibilities here will include:** * Designing the content strategy for the Jeitto App, focusing on clarity, information hierarchy, and accessibility; * Structuring and maintaining the Content System, defining writing guidelines, standardized terminology, and reusable text components; * Collaborating with Product Designers on end-to-end flow design, ensuring text and visuals work together to guide users; * Bringing Jeitto’s voice and tone to life in the interface, adapting language for different contexts (Onboarding, Transactional, Credit); * Defining and monitoring content metrics, analyzing how text impacts flow completion rates and reduction of user doubts; * Documenting writing standards in Figma/Notion to serve as a reference for other designers and developers; * Participating in user research, using insights to iterate content and make it more human and effective. **What we’re looking for in you:** * Solid experience as a Content Designer or UX Writer focused on digital products (Apps); * Proven experience creating or maintaining Content Systems and content libraries; * Proficiency in user journey mapping and information architecture; * Experience working within a Design System, integrating closely with visual components; * Advanced proficiency in Figma (especially frame organization and libraries) and documentation tools (Notion/Confluence); * Experience in agile environments and direct collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering; * Degree in Social Communication, Languages, Design, or related fields. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with UX Research (conducting usability tests focused on text/copy). * Knowledge of content accessibility (for segments C, D, and E). * Prior experience in Fintechs or complex financial products. ***Privacy Notice*** *Jeitto processes the personal data submitted in this application exclusively for recruitment and selection purposes, in accordance with the LGPD.
