Job Summary: We are seeking a BI professional with experience in advertising agencies or digital marketing to extract, consolidate, and analyze data, develop strategic dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across multiple departments. Responsibilities: \- Extract, consolidate, and ensure the quality of data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRMs, and other relevant sources; \- Develop, update, and present strategic dashboards and reports that translate campaign metrics and consumer behavior into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients; \- Conduct in-depth performance analyses of paid media, SEO, and social media, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; \- Serve as a strategic partner to Media, Creative, Planning, and Account Management teams, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making; \- Support or lead multi-channel attribution modeling to assess the impact of various touchpoints across the consumer journey; \- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to identify opportunities and risks for brands; \- Ensure data governance and consistency, proposing improvements to processes and tools used; \- Research and recommend new BI and Analytics tools and methodologies that add value to agency operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; Proven experience in BI, Analytics, or a similar role—preferably within advertising agencies or digital marketing; Experience leading or coordinating BI/Analytics teams; Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, among others); Solid SQL experience for data manipulation, extraction, and transformation from multiple sources; Excellent understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and web analytics tools—especially Google Analytics 4.
