Contract and service order management We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and deliver customer service, offering comprehensive support and ensuring the best experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Customer service (tenants and property owners) via phone and online chat; * Clarification of general inquiries; * System registration and information updates; * Document organization and verification; * Generation of contracts and sending them for digital signature; * Support in financial control of rentals; * Resending payment slips and issuing payment statements; * Issuance and recording of account debits; * Guidance on property vacancy procedures; * Guidance on fire insurance, IPTU tax collection, and other fees; * Technical support in the customer area; * Provision of basic information to insurance companies; * Guidance on property entry and exit inspections. * Opening and managing Service Orders (S.O.); * Forwarding requests to responsible service providers; * Requesting and analyzing quotations; * Approving quotations with property owners; * Monitoring service execution; * Scheduling inspections and addendums; * General administrative support to management. **Desired Profile** * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual; * Aptitude for administrative and financial routines; * Strong written communication skills and basic computer knowledge; * Commitment to working hours and attendance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in real estate or administrative/financial areas. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; (a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus) * Proficiency with systems and digital platforms; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: starting from R$ 1.850,00 * Attendance bonus: 5%; * Meal allowance: R$ 200.00; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan. * Performance bonus upon target achievement. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break); Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position.
