Focus on problem resolution with empathetic and pedagogical customer service Position: IT Analyst We are seeking an **IT Analyst** to join our team and provide internal customer support, ensuring agility, service quality, and efficient resolution of requests. Main Responsibilities: * Provide internal customer service (non-technical users); * Open, analyze, and resolve support tickets; * Escalate requests to Level 2 when necessary; * Track tickets to completion, ensuring user follow-up; * Provide technical support for hardware and operating systems; * Install and configure printers and other peripherals. Requirements: * Advanced knowledge of hardware; * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience installing and configuring printers and peripherals; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with non-technical users; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-resolution focus.
