Assist in organizing and archiving digital documents; Answer phone calls and provide support to internal and external customers; Data entry and verification in spreadsheets and systems; Support administrative controls (incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies, etc.); Assist with scheduling, report generation, and record updates; Other tasks related to administrative routines. Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email); Good oral and written communication skills; Organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
