Monitor audits, inspections, and administrative costs We seek an Administrative Analyst with an organized, proactive, and process-oriented profile to ensure the company’s regulatory compliance, document organization, and administrative efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** Control and renew licenses, permits, and legal authorizations; Ensure compliance with public agencies (Municipality, Fire Department, environmental agencies, etc.); Manage administrative contracts and their expiration dates; Organize and maintain up-to-date institutional documentation; Control company assets and property; Monitor building maintenance and outsourced services; Monitor audits and inspections; Track indirect administrative costs; Implement area controls and indicators. Prior experience in the administrative field. Experience in contract and documentation control. Experience with licenses, permits, and interaction with public agencies is a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, Management Processes, or related fields. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Process and control organization. Basic contract reading ability.
