Currently, the group includes two other companies focused on vertical integration in strategic areas: **Witplan**, responsible for construction execution, and **Proxy**, a company dedicated to asset management post-construction, operating in both Asset and Property management. **This position is designated for work with Proxy.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage operational activities of the asset, including building maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security; * Be accountable for the contract regarding financial and operational targets; * Maintain relationships with tenants and users of the asset; * Prepare and monitor the condominium budget, thereby assuming strategic management responsibility to optimize costs for the development; * Lead, plan, control scheduling, and evaluate results to ensure achievement of established objectives and targets, while guaranteeing service quality standards; * Manage day\-to\-day operations of properties under responsibility, ensuring all processes comply with applicable norms and regulations; * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of properties, coordinating internal maintenance teams and external vendors; * Develop and implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and value, including lease contract renegotiation; * Conduct financial management of properties, including budget control, operational expenses, and rental income; * Coordinate communication and tenant relations, efficiently resolving operational and contractual issues; * Prepare periodic performance reports for properties, presenting insights and improvement recommendations to stakeholders; Ensure compliance with Proxy’s internal policies and applicable legal requirements. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in real estate asset management * Professional experience of more than 5 years in Property Management or related fields. * Solid knowledge of property management, lease agreements, and property maintenance. * Financial skills, including budget preparation and control. **Additional Information*** **Contract Type:** Legal Entity (PJ) * **Expected Start Date:** Immediate **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ demands in every detail.
