




Job Summary: Professional to structure and manage Human Development, focusing on talent retention, engagement, and strengthening organizational culture—especially among operational leaders. Position Objective Structure and manage Human Development processes, with emphasis on talent retention, engagement, and strengthening organizational culture. The main challenge is ensuring standardization and development of operational leaders (Kitchen Managers and Unit Managers) to reduce turnover and improve service quality. 2. Main Responsibilities * Talent Management: Develop and implement specific Training & Development (T&D) programs for operational and administrative teams. * Culture and Climate: Manage organizational climate surveys and design action plans based on results, focusing on improving the work environment across units. * Performance: Implement and manage performance evaluation cycles and succession plans for key positions. * Strategic Recruitment: Supervise Recruitment & Selection (R&S) for leadership and specialist roles, ensuring alignment with company values. * Internal Communication: Create efficient communication channels reaching from headquarters to employees at food service units. * Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and report turnover rates, absenteeism, training ROI, and organizational climate metrics to senior management. * ESG and Diversity: Implement inclusion and social responsibility policies aligned with the food service sector. 3. Required Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management. A postgraduate degree in People Management or related fields is a plus. * Experience: Prior experience in HR subsystems. Minimum 8 years’ experience in collective food service—mandatory due to labor-intensive workforce dynamics. * Technical Competencies: o Proficiency in training methodologies (in-person and e-learning). o Experience with assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, or similar). o Knowledge of People Analytics. * Behavioral Competencies: Inspirational leadership, excellent communication skills, resilience, and analytical thinking. 4.
