This person will be a key part of our office’s daily operations, responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. Main Responsibilities: * Office Opening: Responsible for opening the office punctually at 8:00 AM. * Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the main hall, meeting rooms (Offices), and outdoor areas. * Restroom Management: Perform regular hygiene tasks and ensure full functionality (restocking toilet paper, soap, etc.). * Kitchen and Hospitality: Prepare and maintain coffee throughout the day. * Inventory Control: Monitor supplies (cleaning materials and kitchen items) to prevent shortages. * Preventive Maintenance: Identify and report needs for minor repairs.
