If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cash flow control for funds; * Accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Validation and processing of redemptions; * Validation and formalization of contributions; * Liaison with accounting and audit teams; * Support to the operations team for various inquiries and requests (e.g., formalizing assignment agreements, verifying limits, formalizing guarantees, etc.); * Monitoring of performance indicators; * Preparing action plans for performance deviations; * Responsible for evaluating periodic results using budget vs. actual monitoring indicators and management reports; * Performing duties aiming to achieve all goals defined for the role; * Providing high-quality, efficient, friendly, courteous, and respectful service to internal and external customers; * Attending 100% of trainings scheduled by the organization; * Safeguarding and protecting company assets; * Understanding the company’s vision and mission; * Complying with company regulations and those applicable to one’s area of operation; * Upholding ethics and discipline within the company; * Applying 5S practices; * Performing other tasks related to the above, as determined by one’s immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background: * Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Experience: * Experience in controls and calculations; * Knowledge of agribusiness is a plus.
