We are looking for someone with a proactive profile, strong communication skills, well-organized, and enthusiastic about teamwork to join our Construction team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the monthly and weekly service schedules defined by the Engineer, adhering to established quality and productivity standards; supervise the team and ensure stock availability at the worksite to meet the project timeline, daily. * Develop strategies by assessing engineering demand against the schedule and communicating them to the foremen’s team; monitor execution progress and goal achievement to ensure timely project delivery, daily. * Select the production team through interviews and skill assessments to meet labor requirements as needed. * Lead the team, guiding task execution, monitoring adherence to deadlines and quality standards, aiming to achieve departmental goals and comply with the quality management system, daily. * Ensure service quality by inspecting work according to project specifications, Service Inspection Procedures (SIP), and Service Verification Sheets (SVS), complying with quality management system standards and project scope, daily. * Review construction projects and processes by thoroughly reading documentation, analyzing team capability to execute tasks, and identifying improvement opportunities, reporting findings to engineering as required. * Train production teams and foremen on Service Execution Procedures (SEP) to ensure compliance with company standards, as required. * Maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep at the construction site by conducting inspections and coordinating corrective actions with the team to ensure proper organization, daily. * Support health, safety, and environmental activities by assisting the HSE team in monitoring PPE usage to ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to accident prevention, daily. * Assist the Engineer in maintaining material inventory by verifying current stock levels, forecasting future needs, and compiling item lists for timely procurement requests and ensuring minimum required materials for ongoing construction, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Prior experience in this role; * Commitment and responsibility. **Additional Information** * Unimed National Health Insurance Plan: no employee premium deduction for ward or private room coverage; * Psychological support in partnership with Unimed Insurance; * Unimed Dental Insurance Plan; * Meal/food allowance of R$ 836.00/month; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance – Unimed Insurance; * Birth assistance benefit – receipt of a maternity gift basket valued at R$2,000.00 after the birth of a child; * Breakfast and afternoon snack provided at the office; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * Extended parental leave: 30 days beyond statutory requirements; * 15% discount on electricity bills; * Annual bonus, per internal regulations.
