




Job Summary: The Budget Analyst is responsible for commercial and administrative activities, including customer service, quotation analysis, proposal preparation, and sales support. Preparation of budgets and proposals **Description** The Budget Analyst will be responsible for performing commercial and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with MPC’s quality, safety, and internal procedure standards. The professional will handle customer service, quotation analysis, proposal preparation, and support for sales, after-sales, and performance indicator processes. **Main Responsibilities:** **Commercial and Administrative Activities** * Update requests via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Planner. * Analyze received quotations, completing forms and recording critical information. * Send questions to customers for budget preparation according to existing forms. * Prepare budgets and pre-calculations based on the type of service or product. * Perform sales calculations for products. * Prepare technical and commercial proposals following existing forms. * Consult portals and systems to update commercial information. * Open and update proposals in the Cigam system, recording status as received, sent, approved, invoiced, or lost. * Request issuance of invoices from the tax department. * Request issuance of ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation) from the electrical engineer when necessary. * Register customers in internal systems (Cigam) and external portals. * Approve field engineering collections, transportation, and releases via Microsoft Forms/List. * Verify customer orders and separate safety documentation as requested. * Conduct communications with customers and internal teams as directed by the supervisor. **Indicators and After-Sales** * Prepare after-sales, budget, warranty, and customer complaint indicators. * Send after-sales reports to responsible representatives after execution and invoicing. * Archive completed processes and organize physical folders for submitted processes. **Requirements:** * **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in the relevant field. * **Minimum:** Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative and commercial routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Planner. * Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and empathy. **Academic Qualification** * Bachelor's Degree **Technical Skills** * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
