Key responsibilities include organizing the bakery, large-scale production of bread and other bakery products; preparing and mixing doughs according to recipes and established standards; operating industrial machinery for shaping, slicing, and packaging; monitoring the baking process using industrial ovens and stoves; conducting quality control of ingredients and finished products; ensuring compliance with food safety standards and good manufacturing practices; cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as performing basic equipment maintenance.
