Main responsibilities include organizing the bakery, producing bread, cakes, and pastries according to company standards, identifying products, and releasing them to the production department; operating industrial equipment for shaping, slicing, and packaging; monitoring cooking processes using industrial ovens and stoves; controlling the quality of ingredients and finished products; ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices; cleaning and organizing the workplace, as well as performing basic equipment maintenance. We seek professionals who are committed, organized, and detail-oriented. **Location:** Sertório Avenue, 1978 – Porto Alegre – RS (inside the airport zone – Gate 8) **Schedule:** 5x1 (works 5 days, rests 1 day) – Morning shift Employment type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Workplace: On-site
