Administrative and Financial Manager - Ipameri/GO agency

Description: * Completed higher education. * Good knowledge of financial products and services, National Financial System, financial flow legislation, cooperative legislation, broad business vision, People Management. * Possession of a National Driver's License - CNH - Mandatory; * Own vehicle required - Mandatory; * Availability for travel whenever necessary. * Availability to live in or reside in Ipameri/GO. * Three years of management experience in agencies or similar market experience. Will be a differentiator: * Experience in a Cooperative Credit Institution. * ANBIMA certification (CPA10 / CPA20 / CEA) * Manage the agency's administrative operations, ensuring team and process development, aiming to guarantee operational and business security. * Be responsible for financial transactions processed at the agency under your responsibility. * Be accountable for controlling and monitoring the agency's expenses, internal controls and compliance, aiming to ensure operational safety and guarantee collection of amounts from product and service portfolios. * Implement necessary processes seeking continuous improvement of activities, addressing findings and action plans from audit reports, internal controls and compliance. * Control and carry out collections from delinquent debtors, both within the Cooperative premises and through external visits, aiming to maintain the financial health of members, prevent losses affecting the Cooperative's stability, and follow strategies and measures to resolve such situations. * Monitor the efficiency of the agency's service channels, aiming to improve efficiency and service quality for members. * Be responsible for personnel administration activities at the agency, according to responsibilities established by the cooperative. * Assume, whenever requested or in the absence of the Agency Manager, administrative management of the agency, ensuring proper operation of operations and business. * Control the quality of services provided by third parties (security, courier, equipment, etc.) and manage asset control, ensuring the necessary conditions for agency operations. * Be responsible for managing the agency's administrative/financial team, encouraging their development, goal achievement, and adherence to defined policies. * Support the Agency Manager in managing the Business team, providing information and/or substituting in their absence. * Promote technical knowledge of products and services within the agency through internal training, supporting the business area to improve member service. * Provide service to members and other interested parties when necessary and regarding matters related to your area of responsibility. * Manage performance indicators, reporting information to the Agency Manager and making data available to the team. * Propose actions and improvements based on indicator analysis. 2511190202461875884
