Inventory management and market analysis for procurement optimization **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. * Experience in operational and strategic procurement, preferably related to heavy machinery parts, tires, and lubricants. * Expertise in supplier negotiation and contract management. * Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape. * Knowledge of procurement management systems and ERP systems, preferably Dealernet. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Driver's license category B. * Willingness to travel occasionally. **Responsibilities:** * **Procurement Process Management:** procure heavy machinery parts, tires, filters, and lubricants, as well as other items; identify and select suppliers of heavy machinery parts and other products; negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; place purchase orders and monitor the process through delivery; provide feedback on purchase status to requestors; update procurement management systems. * **Inventory Management:** monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of parts, tires, lubricants, and other products according to ABC inventory classification; plan and control inventories to avoid excess or shortage of parts; conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. * **Market Analysis:** research and analyze market trends and new supply options; evaluate supplier performance and pursue continuous improvement; stay updated on innovations and new developments in heavy machinery parts and other products. * **Quality Control:** ensure purchased parts meet required quality standards; collaborate with technical teams to validate quality of received parts; handle returns and complaints with suppliers. * **Relationship Management:** maintain positive relationships with suppliers and business partners; develop and sustain strategic partnerships with reliable suppliers; attend industry trade shows and events to expand professional networks. * **Documentation and Reporting:** maintain accurate records of all transactions and negotiations; prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and supplier performance; ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
