




Job Summary: An optical sales professional responsible for customer service, sales management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and optical product sales 2. Monitoring of sales targets and service orders 3. Taking technical measurements for optical sales Sell optical products (eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sunglasses); Serve customers according to the company's established standards, following the Sales Protocol steps; Monitor daily individual sales to ensure achievement of the monthly target; Track complete eyeglass (O.C.) sales, ensuring completion of reports and achievement of targets (biweekly and monthly) through KPIs (Infoboard); Register customers in the system; Perform necessary measurements to ensure technically accurate optical sales; Process exchanges and returns (customer and system); Monitor service orders with the laboratory to ensure timely delivery as communicated to the customer; Inspect service orders delivered by the laboratory against order specifications (quality and condition verification), and deliver them during the “magic moment”; Generate and receive cash bags; Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Product Discounts
