Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Fixed Term (prazo determinado) **What will you be doing here?** We seek a professional to work on our consumer and corporate credit recovery portfolios, including both Commercial Bill (Boleto Mercantil) products and Emana Pay financial products. This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring high-risk and high-volume collection strategies, aiming to optimize results and propose continuous process improvements. The role requires strong collaboration with partner departments—especially the commercial team and Customer Service Center—demanding rapid response capability and strategic analytical skills. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Plan, implement, and monitor collection strategies (relationship frameworks, segmentation, and outreach channels) for high-risk and high-volume portfolios. * Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing data-driven continuous improvements. * Extract and manipulate large volumes of data using Databricks or other Big Data/Data Lake platforms to enable tactical and strategic changes. * Manage the department’s budget control, balancing collection operational costs against the available budget. * Monitor and plan partner office service capacity versus account volume (capacity x volume). * Use Speech Analytics tools to calibrate service channels, measure partner office performance, and propose adjustments to segmentation and policies based on risk. * Lead the design of automated workflows (e.g., portfolio overlap handling and collection engines for new products). * Develop and manage end-to-end negotiation campaigns: from structuring and segmentation to alignment with interface departments, campaign rollout, and results analysis. * Actively participate in forums, executive committees, and alignment sessions with partner departments to align campaigns with internal commercial strategies. **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Solid experience as a Senior Collection Analyst, with focus on strategy, performance, and policy management (e.g., discount and installment elasticity). * Practical experience using Databricks and/or Data Lake environments for data extraction and analytics (SQL proficiency required). * Proven prior experience implementing and configuring a Collection Engine. * Hands-on experience developing tactical reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Ability to build data- and timeline-driven materials and presentations for Executive Committees. **What are the differentiators?** * Experience with digital collection channels and tools to enhance credit recovery. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applications in collections. \#LI\-TB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
