**Job Description:**

Provide service and guidance to Cooperative Members and Customers, aiming to commercialize veterinary products and promote Cocari's entire product portfolio and current campaigns. Work in a consultative manner by providing solutions that meet cooperative members' needs, reporting to unit managers on negotiation status, technical guidance, as well as information regarding producer registrations and credit limits.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Technical or undergraduate degree currently in progress in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Commercial Management, or related fields;
* Knowledge of veterinary products (medications, supplements, vaccines, animal nutrition and welfare);
* Driver's license category B;

* Skills in customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation;

Serve cooperative members and customers at the unit counter, offering veterinary product solutions according to their needs; Conduct visits to cooperative units and train Sales Assistants on promotion and commercialization of veterinary products from the portfolio; Support the promotion of current commercial campaigns; Record all service activities in the CRM, including negotiation status and guidance provided; Monitor orders, deliveries, and provide technical support to customers remotely or in person at the unit; Support Sales Assistants in administrative and commercial matters; Assist in organizing and managing inventory of veterinary products; Provide post-sales support, clarifying doubts and advising on correct product application; Perform administrative support activities related to the specific area of responsibility, following established guidelines and goals to ensure timely and accurate execution.
