People development and systemic thinking. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Lead and execute all operational processes at the Coffee Processing Unit, aiming to ensure smooth operations and compliance with the Cooperative's required standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of leadership, team management, and people development. Specific knowledge of processes and legislation applicable to the area of operation. Knowledge of coffee production processes. Knowledge of grain processing and storage.
