The professional will be responsible for assisting in the execution of painting tasks on civil construction projects. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare and transport materials, tools, and equipment; * Assist with painting, cleaning, and site organization; * Support loading and unloading of materials; * Perform minor support tasks related to civil construction; * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE; **Requirements:** * Elementary education (preferred); * Prior experience on construction sites (preferred); * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness; * Punctuality and teamwork; * Experience working at heights and in confined spaces; * Must reside near the company. (Distance disqualifies) **Salary** Intermittent employment contract (formally registered, but paid per call-up) Hourly wage: R$ 7.90/hour Work is performed on a call-up basis Under the intermittent contract, the employee receives proportional vacation pay and 13th-month salary alongside the monthly payroll, based on hours worked. **Benefits** Breakfast allowance of R$ 8.43/day; Transportation: Transit pass or transportation allowance.
