Focuses on planning, resources, and sustainability for service delivery The **warehouse assistant** is responsible for ensuring that all materials and supplies required for the healthcare unit’s operation are available, properly organized, and in suitable condition for use. Their efficiency directly impacts the quality and timeliness of services delivered. **Salary**: R$ 1\.621,00 **Work Schedule**: 180h (12x36\) **Work Mode**: In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s specific characteristics, facilitating location and handling; * Maintain inventory controls through appropriate records, logging all incoming and outgoing items to streamline replenishment and inventory preparation; * Request material replenishment as needed, in accordance with minimum stock level maintenance standards; * Conduct monthly inventory checks to compare against recorded data; * Sort materials designated for return and forward related documentation for required procedures; * Respond to user requests by supplying requested materials and parts in a timely manner; * Monitor inventory levels and request purchases of necessary items for replenishment, following established policies or procedures for each item; * Supervise the preparation of the monthly inventory to reconcile discrepancies with accounting records; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Prior experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance; * Cafeteria; * SESC benefits; * DayOff. **IMED** is a nonprofit social organization dedicated to promoting public health.
