Collaboration with interfacing areas to establish service level agreements **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Update work centers (administrative, internal team shifts, and third-party) in the System; Input standard and adjusted capacity adjustments, considering intervals and shifts. Program maintenance orders in the SAP system (CM25 or approved interfaces) Ensure resource availability (labor, machinery, and materials) in the required quantity, quality, and timeframe for activity execution Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings (S\-1, S, S\+1\); Address deviations identified during scheduling; Close scheduling activities in SAP (CM25 or approved interfaces), recording deviations and additional services in the system (S\-1\); Collaborate with interfacing areas to develop service level agreements (SLAs); Manage the scheduler’s daily workload, ensuring follow-up and execution of planned activities; Communicate and share the schedule with involved areas, ensuring alignment and clarity of information. **Requirements:** Required Qualifications: Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, and/or Mechatronics, with active registration at CFT; Experience with mobile mining equipment: off-road trucks, loaders, excavators, motor graders, drill rigs, and crawler tractors; Knowledge of PCM (Planning and Control of Maintenance) for mobile mining equipment; Knowledge of SAP system, PM module; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Basic knowledge of Power BI; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Internal benefits, Profit sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Transportation, Meal voucher
