Guidance and supervision of technical teams Design Specialist Responsibility: Responsible for releasing OPs – production orders and MEs – window maps for assigned construction projects, ensuring that technical information and specifications comply with applicable standards and commercial contracts. Activities: Prepare OPs – production orders and MEs – window maps for subframes, windows, façades, railings, and brises for construction projects; Release material lists according to established and signed commercial contracts with clients; Develop executive projects for client presentation and approval; Provide technical support to construction and production departments regarding contract execution technical information; Guide and supervise the activities of the Technical Assistant and Design Draftsperson I, II, and III; Update planning and control weekly activities (Gantt chart). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; Advanced Excel; Intermediate Word and PowerPoint; CEM software; Technical drawing interpretation; Knowledge of aluminum windows is desirable.
