Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as an ACADEMIC MANAGER \- ESTÁCIO ABDIAS DE CARVALHO are:** * Coordinate all academic activities, aiming to fulfill the planning; * Monitor and validate all course coordinations’ discipline offerings; * Receive and monitor all regulatory processes from the Ministry of Education (MEC); * Receive MEC evaluation committees; * Monitor and validate the Experiential Learning Program offering across all undergraduate courses; * Encourage coordinators’ participation in research and extension projects; * Participate, together with postgraduate coordinators, in developing and updating pedagogical projects; * Participate, together with undergraduate course coordinators, in developing and updating pedagogical projects; * Encourage coordinators’ participation in commercial initiatives aimed at defending and expanding our student base (recruitment, retention, and renewal); * Encourage coordinators, faculty members, and preceptors to participate in academic and commercial events; * Manage and control faculty costs; * Implement various course curricula; * Monitor academic results/indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree and completed stricto sensu graduate program; * Knowledge of indicators and metrics, with focus on analysis and performance tracking; * Strong writing and communication skills, capable of preparing clear and objective documents and reports; * Analytical ability to interpret data and propose improvements; * Prior experience or familiarity with regulatory processes, education sector, or institutional evaluations (MEC) is desirable. **Additional Information** Work Location: Recife\-PE (On-site) Work Schedule: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:48 PM. **At YDUQS you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
