They are Brazil’s first financial cooperative institution, where their business model builds a value chain benefiting members, the cooperative, and the local community—offering over 300 financial products and services. You will work within the product team structure, focusing on dissecting upstream requirements, organizing technical and business backlogs, and supporting delivery efforts related to the developer portal and API integrations. This role is strategic to ensure delivery pace and project evolution, especially during periods of high demand. **Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with product leaders, PMs, tech leads, and engineering teams to organize and detail requirements (upstreams). * Support business challenges by bridging technical and business functions. * Structure backlogs for developers, facilitating prioritization and continuous workflow. * Actively participate in discussions regarding features, partner integrations, and commercial automations. * Interact with various teams to ensure technical understanding of APIs, credentials, certificates, and developer portal user journeys. * Assist in presenting and tracking plans with management and other stakeholders. **Mandatory Requirements:*** Prior experience with developer portals and API management (mandatory). * Product background, preferably with prior experience as a Product Manager (PM). * Ability to independently take on responsibilities and “hit the ground running”, requiring minimal ramp-up on technical concepts within the context. * Experience in agile environments. * Preferred: Experience in banks, technology companies such as Sensidia, or environments with robust integration and API management practices.
