Job Summary: Responsible for leading IT teams, ensuring the evolution of system architecture and platform integration, as well as managing agile methodologies and developing high-performance teams. Agile methodology management and team development Responsibilities and Duties * Lead Software Development, IT Project, Governance, Integration Hub, and Data Factory teams; * Ensure the evolution of system architecture and platform integration; * Participate in defining and implementing new technologies aligned with business strategy; * Manage the implementation of agile methodologies and DevOps; * Develop high-performance teams and foster an innovation culture; * Manage vendors, contracts, and technology solutions; * Report directly to the Friopeças Technology Head (CTO).
