On-site engagement with emphasis on customer satisfaction and loyalty We are seeking a Sales Executive to join GSTN’s commercial team in the Campinas, SP region. This role involves prospecting and retaining clients, negotiating contracts, presenting customized technology solutions, and tracking sales targets. The professional will be responsible for building and strengthening commercial relationships and identifying growth and improvement opportunities for clients’ businesses. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * + Prospect new clients and potential partners to expand the client portfolio; * Present products and services, develop commercial proposals, and negotiate terms; * Close sales and manage post-sales follow-up; * Ensure customer satisfaction and lead customer loyalty initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed). * Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience; experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus. * Clear and effective communication skills, with strong argumentation ability; * Negotiation skills for managing proposals, contracts, and closing sales; * Empathetic profile, focused on relationship-building and understanding customer needs; * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks; * Ability to analyze sales and market data to support decision-making; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for presentations. **Additional Information** **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary + commissions * Medical and dental plan at no cost to the employee * Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy * Kilometer reimbursement for client visits * Meal allowance: R$ 25.00/day GSTN was founded as IDEALLTI in 2007 and began operations in 2008 with a mission to deliver high-quality, efficient, and above all secure Hosting, Cloud Computing, and Dedicated Link services to enterprises—ensuring our clients’ businesses remain online 24/7.
