NEWSUPRI CORPORATE PROFILE #### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The professional will be responsible for coordinating service deliveries from the Network Operations Center (NOC), managing service requests and incidents, as well as customer IT infrastructure monitoring services. Their mission is to ensure delivery quality and compliance according to department-defined processes, including priority management, resource allocation, and resolution of operational conflicts. They will be responsible for executing operational planning and tracking departmental performance indicators. They will also engage the team, monitor team performance, and support team development. #### **EDUCATION** Completed bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. IT service management certifications (ITIL and/or HDI). Technical certifications in IT infrastructure (HPE, ARUBA, FORTINET, VMWARE) will be considered an advantage. #### **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** Proven experience in operational management of IT infrastructure environments and NOC. Experience in demand management, incident handling, priority setting, and operational KPIs. Ability to coordinate team deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
